FINDING YOUR PERFECT FIT

QUESTIONS TO ASK

  • What is the maximum pressure needed for your operation?
  • How many hours per day will air be required?
  • What are your electrical requirements?
  • How many technicians will be using the air simultaneously?

SINGLE STAGE OR TWO STAGE

  • Single Stage: Air is compressed once, providing a max pressure of 130-140 PSI.
  • Two Stage: Air is compressed twice, providing a higher max pressure of 175 PSI.

HORSEPOWER

The size of the compressor should align with the air volume (CMF) and pressure (PSI) required to complete the task efficiently.

TANK SIZE

While a larger tank may help with sudden spikes in air demand, the right compressor choice ultimately depends on how much air (CFM) the compressor pump produces.
